When will my order ship?
Merchandise (such as clothing, hats, blankets, or drinkware) typically ships within 5–7 business days.
Book Boxes are offered as preorders and ship 2–3 months after the preorder period closes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at help@steamybookworms.com.
Photos of damage (if applicable) and proof of purchase are required.

Yes. We offer international shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Do you use AI-generated artwork?
No. All artwork featured by SteamyBookworms is 100% human-made and created in collaboration with independent artists.

Are subscriptions required?
No. We offer both subscriptions and one-time purchases depending on the box.
