Refund policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at steamybookworms@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Cancellation Policy for Book Boxes and Signing Exclusives: Refunds are not provided for canceled or missed pickups of preordered exclusive book boxes or signing events.
Damaged or Missing Book Box Items: If you receive a damaged item or find something missing, please email us within 30 days of the delivery date. Our damage policy includes:
- Eligible Damages: Missing pages, tears or gashes on the cover/spine, residue or marks that cannot be removed, crushed corners, or pages with damage that makes them unreadable.
- Ineligible Damages: Minor creases, slight spine bends, wavy pages due to humidity, or marks on the back cover that do not impact readability.
To process a replacement, photos of the damage and proof of purchase are required. If approved, you’ll need to ship the damaged item back to us at your expense, and we’ll gladly send a replacement.
